On August 19, 2002 Rick Allen lost his battle with cancer. He was a most beautiful and kind spirit and gave of himself freely for the betterment of his community. He was a warrior poet in the truest sense, and lived his life with honor and courage. He is greatly missed by all who knew him.

One of Rick's dreams was to record a CD of his bardic style poetry, and so a few months before his death he did just that. After his passing, his wife Michelle, son Jason and several of his closest friends continued the work to add music and sound to his voice. Inconstant Bard is the end result of that labor of love.

This beautiful, haunting CD can be purchased directly from Green Phoenix Productions, the company started after Rick's death by his widow, author Michelle Miller Allen. A portion of all proceeds go to Rick's favorite charity.
